Pick the audience, the first Monday, and how many weeks. The menu comes straight from MealViewer.
One item per line. Leave a blank line to separate the main dishes from the sides.
Start a line with - to make it a sub-bullet under the line above.
Anything you type here only affects this packet — to fix a name everywhere, use Wording rules.
The preview below is the actual PDF — what you see is exactly what comes out of the printer.
One audience is one packet you produce — Elementary Lunch, Jr High Breakfast, and so on.
RichlandElementary.Fruit and milk are normally left out of the boxes because the line at the top of the page already covers them.
A template is a page size, an optional background picture, and boxes saying where everything goes.
Drag each box onto the right spot. The corner handle resizes it. Everything is stored as a share of the page, so the template still works if you change the page size later.
Click a box to change its type size, font and alignment.
These apply to every fetch, for every audience, from now on. This is the part that makes next month's packet come out closer to right without touching it.
When MealViewer says the first thing, print the second.
Items that should never appear on a sheet.
An item that always prints with sub-bullets under it. Separate the sub-bullets with commas.
Reopen a packet to correct and reprint it, or duplicate last month's as a starting point.
